Registration and abstract submission for the 2014-2015 conference of students' research society
From 1 December 2014 the electronic registration for the medical and health science section of the 2014-2015 conference of students' research society is open. Registration deadline is 20:00 hour, 15 December 2014 (Monday). Abstract submission will be open between 17 December 2014 and 19 January 2015. All presentations will have to be uploaded through the website not later than 23:59 hour, 9 February 2015. You will not be able to upload your presentation directly to the computers in the lecture rooms.
Technical information:
- Only users who registered and logged in to the website can access the abstract submission form.
- Read carefully the instructions for each field.
- The correct completion of the form is checked by our system at the time of submission. Incorrect submissions are not saved.
- In case of some errors the submission is saved, but on the confirmation page a warning will be displayed in red and the details of the errors will be given. Only those submissions are correct and will be considered for inclusion where a green text indicates correctness.
- If you want to correct a previously submitted registration or abstract, please DO NOT submit a new registration. You will be able to edit your registrations and abstracts till the abstract submission deadline. Access them through "My submissions" in the navigation menu on the left hand side.
- One user may submit more than one registration.
- In the field "Abstract" you should only include the text of abstract body. Abstract title, name of authors or other data should not be included in this field.
- Maximal lenght of the abstract is 2200 charachters, including whitespace. Figures and tables cannot be placed in the abstract.
- We cannot guarantee the proper display of special charachters (e.g. Greek letters), so please check them on the confirmation page.
- DO NOT use ALL CAPS when filling out the form, only use capital letters when appropriate.
- We kindly ask all tutors to help their students with any problems regarding registration and abstract submission.

All students and/or tutors should send their abstracts to the representative for students' research society matters of each department and the department representatives should confirm all abstracts in e-mail to the secretary of the council by 23:59 hour, 20 January 2015.
