According to the decision of the Council of Students' Research Society in the 2014-2015 acedemic year the medical and health science section of the local Conference of Students' Research Society will be held between 11 February 2015 (Wednesday) and 13 February 2015 (Friday).

Final deadline for abstract submission is 20:00 hour, 19 January 2015. Abstracts can be submitted only through the online abstract submission system (htto://tdk.med.unideb.hu/). In order to facilitate the organization of the conference the titles and the list of preferred sessions for all abstracts will have to be submitted by 20:00 hour, 15 December 2014  through the same registration system. We advise all department representatives for SRS matters to submit the list of abstracts (containing the title, author(s) and tutor(s) for each abstract) to the secratary of the CSRS in e-mail. We can only accept those abstracts which will have been submitted electronically and will have also been confirmed by the department representative.

You can modify your abstracts in the online submission system till the final deadline for abstract submission. Double submissions are prohibited, but there is no need to submit an abstract twice to make a correction. You have to notify the department representative about your submission, in order to confirm that the tutors fully agree with its content and format.

You have to upload your presentation into the online registration system by Monday on the week of the conference. You will have the opportunity to test your presentation on Tuesday of the same week. There will be absolutely no possibility to upload presetations directly to the computers in use in the lecture halls or to test your presentation there before your session.

All presentations have to contain a slide detailing the work of each author. This slide should be the very last slide and should be displayed throughout the discussion.
